Each member of the Events & Communications - Center of Excellence Department wrote down an anonymous and personal 2018 goal/objective. Responses were collected and answers were interpreted and conceptualized through expressions of storytelling. This is the outcome of the combined 26 responses.

First design on newly installed chalkboard approximately 192"w x 48"h. Illustration of lion to represent MGM mascot and staple piece for all future chalkboard designs. Interactive for team members to write down ways they exemplify company initiative SHOW Service in their experience on the job.
